Each learner will work towards the DEVELOPING PERSONAL LEARNING SKILLS and DEMONSTRATING SPEAKING AND LISTENING SKILLS units, then, depending on your personal interests and/or skills take either the SPORT, BUSINESS, CREATIVE or CARE option. DEVELOPING PERSONAL LEARNING SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATING SPEAKING AND LISTENING SKILLS Taking part in Sport for personal improvement - OR Understanding the marketing environment - OR Using desktop publishing applications - AND Using Graphics software - OR Developing skills to provide personal care in care settings   Level 3 'DEVELOPING CREATIVE SKILLS' Within this programme, learners can work towards individual units. For those learners who would like to gain the full award, a tailored programme will be created.
