'PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT' award
In this programme there are four routes to qualification. Each learner will work towards the DEVELOPING PERSONAL LEARNING SKILLS and DEMONSTRATING SPEAKING AND LISTENING SKILLS units, then, depending on your personal interests and/or skills take either the SPORT, BUSINESS, CREATIVE or CARE option.

- Understanding the marketing environment - OR
- Using desktop publishing applications - AND
- Using Graphics software - OR
