Day One 10.00am – 1.00pm
  • Induction/Overview of A1
  • Introduction of NVQ Standards
  • The Process and Practice of Assessment
  • Portfolio Development
Day Two
  • Feedback on portfolio
  • Action Planning    
The period between the training days will be utilised as follows:
  • assessment of candidates
  • observation of assessor – candidate by qualified assessor
  • on-line and telephone support (unlimited)
  • up to three 1-2-1 support sessions (by prior arrangement)
